Winding Angle System for Starting Path

Zero degrees is along the mandrel axis in the X+ direction (left to right as normally viewed on the screen), 180 degrees is along the mandrel in the X- direction. Negative wind angles will lead to the path spiralling around the mandrel on the opposite sense and will lead to negative mandrel rotation during winding.
